Shipping and handling
Delivery:
- During the purchase process, we offer the option to choose your preferred delivery date, within a 3-business-day window (for example, from Monday, December 1st to Wednesday, December 3rd).
- The purchase system proposes the next available delivery date as the default (approximately 48/72 hours after payment confirmation).
- Transit times do not include weekends or public holidays in the locations through which the shipment may pass.
- In the case of a bank transfer, the period will begin counting from the moment the amount of the bank transfer is received.
Shipping costs:
- Please note that shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the order (actual and/or volumetric, based on a rate of 167 kg/m³).
- For orders over €695 (VAT included) shipping is FREE as long as:
1. It is sent to a single destination
2. Can be delivered by pallet truck (to warehouse or street level, no weight limit)
3. or it can be sent by parcel service (with home delivery, up to 100kg in weight).
- For orders exceeding 100kg that cannot be delivered curbside, we offer Paletería Plus, which includes delivery to your home. This service costs €99 (VAT included) and is not free.
- Below, we present the shipping costs for 2025 for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands based on the weight of the order*:

Prices
The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are considered non-EU territories for tax purposes. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT (customs clearance fees and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery).
If you are a resident of the Canary Islands and are interested in purchasing our gift sets and baskets to receive them on the islands, Sadival recommends that you buy them through our partner in Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Payment methods
Credit card and Paypal
We guarantee that every transaction made in our online store is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment.
Likewise, your credit card details are not recorded in any database but go directly to the Bank's Virtual POS terminal.
When paying by credit card, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that corresponds to the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This merchant agrees not to permit any transaction that is illegal or that is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank to be potentially damaging to their goodwill or to have a negative impact on them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offering of any product or service that does not fully comply with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:
- Sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age
Deferred payment
Orders made through SEQURA INSTALLMENTS have an approximate validation time of 2.30 hours during business hours from MONDAY TO FRIDAY. Once the OPERATION APPROVAL is received, the order will be generated during the corresponding normal service hours: for example, if validation occurs after 6:30 PM, it will be processed on the next business day, taking into account that SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS ARE NOT OPERATING FOR LOADING.
Bank transfer
Once your order is complete, we will provide you with our bank account details so you can make a deposit or bank transfer. Once the funds are received in our account, we will begin processing your order.
Warranty, returns and refunds
All our batches include a Quality Guarantee card and are sealed with a strap. If you find the strap broken, we recommend you refuse the merchandise and notify us immediately so we can replace it. The contents of each batch, both in weight and quantity, are fully controlled through rigorous electronic processes.
In the event that any product, vintage of wine or container from our catalog becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with another of equal or higher price and quality, and in the case of wine, the next vintage.
Claims regarding discrepancies in contents or shipping will be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the order. All our products have been carefully selected to meet the most discerning tastes and offer unbeatable quality and value across our entire range.
The decorations listed in the catalog but not included in the contents of each item have a purely decorative function and are not part of the items themselves.
Out of stock
In the event of a product being out of stock, SADIVAL REGALOS reserves the right to substitute it with another product of equal or superior quality at no additional cost. For lots containing bottles of wine, if the vintage specified in the lot is unavailable, the next vintage will be included.
Any decorative elements included in the photographs are intended to enhance the overall image of the lot. Delivery will include only what is clearly specified in the descriptions for each lot.
