Claims for anomalies in contents or shipments will be handled up to 24 hours after receipt of the order at no cost to you, since after this time the transport agency will not be responsible for the breakage or lack of product.

If you receive your order in perfect condition but decide to return it for reasons unrelated to Sadival, you have 14 calendar days from the date you or a third party authorized by you received the products. To cancel the purchase contract, you must notify SADIVAL REGALOS, SA, Av. del Camí Nou, 258, 46950 Xirivella, Valencia, within this period and by any legally accepted means that ensures receipt of the notification, of your intention to exercise this right of cancellation. To be eligible for return, the product must be in perfect condition, both in its packaging and contents, and its seal must be intact. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We do not accept collect on delivery (COD) returns. We will refund the amount paid within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may postpone the refund if we have not yet received the products or proof of their return. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the order.

In the event that any product, vintage of wine or container from our catalog becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with another of equal or higher price and quality, and in the case of wine, the next vintage.

The decorations listed in the catalog but not included in the contents of each item have a purely decorative function and are not part of the items themselves.

The contents of each batch, both in weight and quantity of product, are fully controlled through rigorous electronic processes. All our batches include a Quality Assurance card.
