Olave Red is a Catalan vermouth from the Oratvin winery. Mahogany in colour with orange reflections, it presents an intense nose with notes of aromatic herbs and spices, as well as slight balsamic touches. On the palate, it shows good alcoholic intensity balanced with acidity, resulting in a velvety texture and a long and intense aftertaste. Ideal to accompany appetisers, tapas, olives, and cold cuts.
